Hi
guys, right now we are touring the past editions of Cover Wars while looking at
the winners of each week, three weeks at a time.
Are you
ready to see who got more Cover Love?? Well ready or not here we go!!!
For the
fourth week of Cover Wars we had one of my favorite apocalyptic books, Dark
Inside by Jeyn Roberts, a book that follows a group of teens as they try to make
their way across the United States, each leaving everything they know, not know
who they can really trust nor when it will be their last day. A creepy story
like that deserves a creepy book cover don’t you think?
And the
winner for Dark Inside is…..
THE ORIGINAL COVER
We move
on from an awesome creepy book with several POV’S to a young criminal master
mind who will learn that messing with fairies isn’t all rainbows and sunshine,
Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer.
The
cover you guys felt suits this story best it’s…..
A TIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It
seems old and new fans have enough love for both covers.
After
the “Don’t mess with the fairies” week we moved on into vampires and ass
kicking girls with H.D. Gordon’s Blood Warrior. Where a strong looking girl
swinging her sword is faced against a cover make over that holds an emblematic
sun in her place (FYI for those H.D. Gordon fans that didn’t know miss H.D. is
the one on the original cover)
And the
winner for week six of Cover Wars is…
THE COVER MAKE OVER EDITION!!!!
This
week we’ve seen the winners of 6 weeks’ worth of Cover Wars, did the covers you
picked as your favorite win??? Because I can tell you guys I was surprise more
than once with the results.
The cover of Dark Inside is so very perfect! (I mean, I don't know what the book is about but I love that cover!) As for Artemis Fowl, I don't flow towards either of them...huh. I really like the first one, though! (:
