Summary
Lucinda finds out that her wedding day isn't going to be the best day of her life, not when she finds her fiancé with another on their "special day". Not knowing what else to do she runs trying to get as far away from the horrible reality that befalls her. But before she is able to ride down the sunset her car dies in the middle of nowhere and has no other alternative then to wait... and that's where she meets her tough looking savior ridding not on a white horse but in a Harley.
Jake needs to get back to his home town, word has gotten out that his grandmother is sick and what makes things worst for Jake is that she clings to the idea of seeing him happy, married and with kids before she lives this world. So he is off to try and patch things up with his family when she finds Lucinda stuck on the road, soon he start to believe that maybe, just maybe his found the solution to his problem, a fake fiancée.
Trouble catches up with this adorable made believe couple as the media starts looking for Lucinda, and the whole act is put in jeopardy when Lucinda's ex-fiancé try's to make her take him back and lies start to get bigger and bigger, but what's worst is that maybe Lucinda and Jake don't want to play pretend anymore.

Review
Yes, this book is chick lit but its a fund and entertaining book to read, so just relax and enjoy the ride on this one. The chemistry, interaction and the way that Lucinda and Jake interact makes you want to keep on reading and the way the story is narrated makes you feel like you are watching a movie, I could even imagine a soundtrack to it and made some mental casting.
The down side to this book is that it leaves some loose ends here and there, at first I didn't noticed so I didn't care but little by little they became visible and then the "after taste" of this book wasn't so good, it made me want to know what happened here and there so that there was a real sense of closer.

Rating: 7 1/2 out of 10
